I am trying to acheive the fluid width wide layout as per the demo here
http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/shortcodes/
But under page layout options I only have
Default
Default Big title
No Content Area
Mini
And it's not one of those! Any help please?

Solved 3 months ago but not added to the documentation in the latest release and no full with page layout implemented. :( Maybe in 1.7...?
