    Hi there,

When I go to Enfold settings in WP Panel, the website fonts change every time to default. How can I solve that problem? Thank you in advance.

    Hey ugursmsk!

Can you please elaborate on the issue please? Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Cheers!

    Hey Yigit,

When I go to “General Styling” in “Enfold” settings through WordPress panel, “Heading Font” and “Defines the Font for your body text” go automatically to Default. I tried already de-activating all active plugins but nothing changes..

    Hi!

Can you post the link to your website please? We may need a temporary admin login as well.

    Best regards,

If you do not mind, can you please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it?

    Best regards,

    Hey!

Sure, in WordPress dashboard, please go to Users > Add New and create a new user with role of “Administrator”. You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) for email address but please post login credentials here privately so any available moderator can look into it

    Cheers!

    Hey there,

I have the exact same issue on my site. Is there already a solution for that?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @zsozso100,

Could you try to explain your problem a bit further and post admin login details to your dashboard in private please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey @Rikard,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I’ve already set the heading fonts in the Enfold -> General Styling area (and in any other tabs too, like custom CSS or in Advances styling).
But when I open Enfold tab -> General Styling -> Fonts, the Heading fonts switches back to default, and it also appears so, even if I use !important is custom CSS.

    Is it clear now?

Ok, it’s done, but the problem still the same

    Hi,

Thanks for the details and feedback, I tried changing your header font setting to and it seems to stick, it’s not going back to default. But I’m not sure if it’s reflecting on the front-end though. What font are you looking to use for headers? You can try setting it in Advanced Styling as well.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey @Rikard,

I’ve tried it again, and at me it switches back to default, and it also reflects to the front-end.

At the advanced styling comes the same: it also switches back. I’m using Open Sans.

PS: I thought that it’s maybe a browser issue, but this also appears in Safari. Any idea?

    Hi,

are you using any caching on your site? also ask your host if they are using any caching on your server. Tell them to deactivate it.

However, there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy
