   How do I change the color of the Menu Categories to another color such as pink. As well as the font, to be a DIFFERENT font than the body of the website.

   Please search for following code in your style1/style2/3.css and change the value of "color" to anything you like.
   

   .catnav li a{
   color:#666666;
   border-right:1px solid #aaa;
   text-shadow:1px 1px 0px #fff;
   }
