please double check to see if this is correct?

That's really a weird problem, I can't see any problem with the code, especially that it is only html code and not php. I'm not sure why you are receiving that error after you add another link. Try to re-update your permalink, this might work. Try also to check this link, this might be helpful: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-service-temporarily-unavailable

Your server is overloaded and times out possibly because your IP is shared between you and 40 high volume website that stream videos ( i assume it's videos, since websites of that nature usually do), which in turn is using up the server's bandwidth .
The error : Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out. simply means that the tunnel is full , and too many users are already connected. It is quite normal for this too happen on Apache servers which were never designed for dozens of concurrent connections. The same applies to poss.asia, the website from where you serve a portion of your content.
The chart below shows that the slow load is due to the wait , which sometimes results in a hangup and sometimes visitors squeeze through.
Also your W3 Total Cache plugin is not correctly configurated, thus doing absolutely zero besides adding its logo to the response.

So the problem the error keeps showing up its because the server is extremely slow, and one of the method to help improve its performance would be the WT3 cache plugin? Do you have any suggestions for configuration to maximize its performance for the cache plugin? Is there any other method that you can advice to help improve the speed and resolve this issue?

I see you have the cache installed but its not doing a single thing that it claims to do:

Served from: http://www.poss.asia @ 2012-09-10 08:22:13 -->It's not minifying, pages are not caches, and neither are images, css, or js. Also you are not letting browsers to cache your page' nor compress anything.
However all this is nothing compared to the 3-4 seconds it takes for your server to answer. You either have a misconfigured server, your bandwidth is tiny, or you are using a plugin which is trying to connect to a file elsewhere that doesn't exist. It takes 15 seconds for your page to load with 1.7 megs of info when it should be 3 seconds maximum.
Please go to http://www.webpagetest.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?fid=4&page=4 this forum, and show them your test results (http://www.webpagetest.org/result/120910_WJ_2a710c81c423e1855794e012712284b0/) and tell them that 'you have 3341ms Time to First Byte.'

On a different note, you are running multiple copies of an identical website on different domains, and google gets unhappy when it finds duplicate content (http://www.possmma.us/ = http://www.poss.asia/), and may think you are trying to spam them.
This is outside the scope of the support team so I unfortunately I can't help configure the plugin.

Thank you for your prompt reply and helping me out with my website.
I have registered an account and posted a topic up on the forum to see if i can get some more assistance to resolve this issue. I will keep you updated once i get a reply on the other forum.
About the duplicate content. I am in the process of finalizing the transfer of all the original files from http://www.possmma.us to http://www.poss.asia and will delete the original url once complete.
