    Hi there,

    I would just like help with two things i’m having trouble with.

    1) How do I align text on my portfolio page to have left aligned text and right aligned text on the same line? At the moment I jut have the text on the top lines on the left and the text on the bottom lines on the right, however, I would like the text to be at the same height.

    2) How do i remove the left sidebar which currently contains the heading and category / date etc.

    portfolio page direct link: http://www.cutfire.com.au/portfolio/blue-september/

    Thank you in advance

    Hi cutfirefilms!

    1.) What text are you trying to align? Can you please post a screenshot?

    2.) Please use this on your custom.css or Quick CSS:

    .single-portfolio .grid3.first {
    display: none;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks for removing the sidebar on my portfolio page. The text that i am trying to align is the “Facebook | Youtube | Twitter | Email” links that are currently on the page. They are on the same line as the “Blue September” text.

    At the moment the “facebook | you etc” text is on the right side of the page because i have simply used the space bar to push that text to the right.

    It doesnt seem like a good way to do it though. I would like the “faceb… etc” text to be aligned right and the blue september text to be aligned left whilst being on the same line….

    Regards

    Paul

    Edit,

    Ok I have worked out how to do this now using floating text. The last thing i need to fix is the alignright text doesn’t seem to be going all the way over to the right…

    Is there a right sidebar on the page that is invisible due to there being no widgets applied to it?

    If so, how to I remove the right sidebar just like you helped me remove the left sidebar?

    thank you in advance

    Hi!

    Yes, you need to extend the content container width. You can use following css code

    .single-portfolio .entry-content .grid9 {
    width: 875px;
    }

    You can also use a different value but 875px gave me the best results.

    Cheers!
