Four simple questions, Need help

   Ok so I finally reloaded my site after getting a terrible syntex error and I had to start all over. I just need three things done, I use the Newscast light theme.

   My website: http://www.solotraveltoday.com

   1) I need to set the Menu text color to White and the background to black. (I have tried figuring out how to do for hours now I just don't want to screw it up again)

   2) I want the submit news button's text to be black and in bold and larger than its current font size

   3) All of my comments that I have the background is transparent and you can barley see the text. I would like to have the text color of the font white and with a black background

   4) And lastly I would like the search bar at the top of the page moved all the way to the top right

   Thank you so much I really appreciate it, please if you could answer these individually I tried clicking on "This should help links and I can't seem to find how to do any of these four things.

   Hi,

   1) In your style.css find
   #top .catnav li
   Add the following between the brackets:
   background:#000;
   In your style1.css find
   

   .catnav li a {
        border-right: 1px solid #AAAAAA;
        color: #666666;
        text-shadow: 1px 1px 0px #FFFFFF;
   }

   Remove the text-shadow line and change the color to #FFF;

   2) Could you specify which "submit news buttons" you mean?

   3) Might I say that all your content has a transparant background in FireFox, so most of your content isn't very readable .. not just your comments. Anyway, to change the comment colors open your style1.css and find
   

   .comment_content {
        border: 1px solid #E1E1E1;
   }

   Change it to:
   

   .comment_content {
        border: 1px solid #E1E1E1;
        background:#000;
        color:#fff;
   }

   4) There isn't a quick way to move your sidebar even more to the top right, currently it's already at the top right within the main container.

   Ok Perfect, The menu colors worked and same with the comment's text aswell. As for the submit news button I changed it to Submit travel story, it appears on every page right about my banner. Also thats fine i'll leave the search bar as it is.

   Also two more questions, When I post items on pages is there a way to change that background to black I can only seem to have the icon to change the text colorl? And lastly is there a way to change the background of when only I comment on posts to black with red text? Thanks!

   As far as I know WPs editor doesn't offer these text styling options. You can try editor plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ckeditor-for-wordpress/

   Yes of course. Open up style1/2/3.css and search for:
   

   #submit_news{
   color:#fff;
   background: transparent url(../images/skin1/submit_news.png) top right  no-repeat;
   }

   Then change the color value for this element.
