Front page slider - misaligned images

I'm experiencing a problem with the slide on the home page.
The page looks like this - http://twitpic.com/4z68bz - the photos used to be aligned on top of each other but now they are spaced apart.
This is the settings withing the page http://twitpic.com/4z687y

Some help is appreciated.

Unforunately the website cannot be taken live. i can forward you any files via email / screenshots etc..
