front page widgets issue

   hi

   i am unable to populate the front page using widgets as mentioned in INDIVIDUAL SIDEBAR WIDGETS FOR PAGES section of the documentation. i can populate all other pages using this method except the front page. can you please help me out to find out what may be the problem.

   Hi dilanrdnd,

   Open index.php and look for this code:

   <?php
   	            	$latest_posts = new kriesi_list_post_items;
   	            	$latest_posts->recent_posts('Latest News');
   	            	?>

   Directly underneath it add this code:

   <br /><br /><?php if ( !function_exists('dynamic_sidebar')
   				|| !dynamic_sidebar('Home') ) : ?>
   			<?php endif; ?>

   You'll want to change "Home" above with the name you gave your custom widget area.
