not a support questionI have read the threads about other issues and I have tried several different things but I am still having the same issues. The slider is not loading the page is very slow to load. I have tried both the flash and the jquery options, I have tried the manager and the config editing options and neither of them seem to work. I am hoping there is something that you can tell me to try that will fix things.

If your provider blocks loopback connections the slider won't work. Please talk to your provider. There's nothing we can do about it.
