Hello, On flashlight I have problems with background image on my home page :

on computer browser it works fine image is full as in this adress : http://www.hip-island.com

but on tablets or iphone the background is resized and smaller : this is only happening on the homepage (that happen to be the shop page from woocommerce)

here is a page I have made on the site with screens : http://www.hip-island.com/screenshot-hip-island (the page is pass protected, password is : “open” )

Any idea of what should be change to get same results on all the different devices?

    Hi hipisland,

When you view the demo, are you getting the same issue? A couple things you can try: disable all active plugins besides WooCommerce, make sure you are using the most recent version of the theme available on Themeforest (I believe its 2.3 right now).

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi,

Checked your site on a different screen width or resolution and the background stays the same. It looks good.

    Hi,

Yes no problem on computers, but on mobile devices on iPad and iPhones at least the problem remains the same ( background image resized) witch is a problem for me : more than 50% of my visitors are on these devices.

Not sure what the difference is on your site, but the demo site and my live install has no issue on ipads. Its something that is different on your installation.

My guess would be minification to the files or something like that.

As is I can’t verify the version of Flashlight you are running or that there are no plugin conflicting with the fullscreen slideshow on iOS so I’m just not sure what could be causing the issue.
