How do you get the full page blog posts AND have your images be the full width? I can remove the sidebar but the copy and images still stay at 600, even after changing the css to 940.
Also what is the process of taking out prettyphoto and having portfolio images link to the post just like the title link does?
Anyone help me out?

In single.php the width is set at 600 using this code:
$width = '600';
You can adjust the width here, but this will affect all posts as will removing the sidebar.
You could set up conditional variables if you only wanted some posts to be full width and some to be the regular width.

I'm trying to get my portfolio pages to be full with but still have the option to have sidebars on main pages. How is this possible? I have tryied the steps listed in this post but still the images/text on the post pages still stay at 600.

What you're after seems to be the behaviour the site is displaying, for example you Photography page (http://joshglaze.com/josh/?page_id=49) is full width and the About Me page (http://joshglaze.com/josh/?page_id=53) is partial width with the sidebar.
If this issue is ongoing, please provide a specific example and I'll look into it.

I want to remove the sidebars from posts and pages, and blogs and have all pages span 100% full width.
I've followed your advice above "changing the width from 600.." But I don't see that section of code in the single.php file. I've copied the single.php file for you below.
