you can create a portfolio page and add in those posts. The layout of that portfolio page can then be set through the Flashlight Theme Options > Portfolio.

All I need is a simple page with three images across the page, and clicking on the image takes you to the post page. (also some of the images may be vid/audio). Basically this page but going *across* instead of *down*. http://sakhr.co.uk/showreel
As far as I know Flashlight doesn't offer such a template. You can try to write your own based on the existing ones (includes/loop-index.php, includes/loop-page.php and includes/loop-masonry.php). I'd add some custom classes and you can try to reuse the masonry structure or to use the column shortcode css for your blog columns. I'm sorry that I can't provide code/template but this mod isn't as simple as it seems and imho time intensive.
