I am using the full width submenu on my blog page to organize and navigate to my blog categories. However, when I use the full width submenu it causes the sidebar content to them show at the bottom under the blog posts, instead of to the side. I have 2 blog pages, one that demonstraights this issue and one that doesn’t use the submenu and shows the sidebar correct. So what do I need to adjust in CSS to get my sidebar content back to the right side when I use the submenu.

1: No submenu, sidebar shows correct (but I want to use the submenu)

2: Full width submenu and right sidebar content shows at the bottom instead.

    Hey Tanya!

That is the correct behaviour. Whenever you use fullwidth elements in the page the sidebar will always display beneath the last fullwidth element you use.

You can use the “Widget Area” element in a 2/3 + 1/3 layout to get a similar look though.

But it isn’t just showing beneath the last full page item, it is showing beneath the blog posts, but it shows the area for the sidebar, but that area is blank because the content is below.

    Hi!

Your HTML markup looks weird. There are extra divs with a class of “protcted_area” surrounding your content. Have you done customizations?

Try deactivating all plugins and clear your browser cache.
