Has anyone encountered a Gallery plugin such as this where after the image is enlarged, it has veritcal pan feature as well
as thumbnails that accompany the specific image for various views. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

I think this extension: Cloud Zoom adds something similiar to your woocommerce shop but I'm not sure if it's compatible with Flashlight. I tested it for a second but I couldn't get it to work....
