URGENT ISSUE FOR US! We’re launching in a day!

There’s a stylish “×”, not a lowercase “x”, in the path names of image files. It’s breaking things, such that instead of getting:

    … I’m getting…

WP Smush isn’t doing it, as far as I can tell. The Insert Image tool in Enfold uses the same stylish “x” in the dropdown menu when selecting sizes, though. Is there some recent change there that’s affecting things? This is new behavior that we’ve seen.

    Hi launchmoxie!

This could be due to a plugin conflict to find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

    Cheers!

Just bizarre… now I can’t reproduce it. Thanks for the sensible suggestion.

We’ll see if this recurs, just bizarre that it was happening in the first place.
