It sounds like one of the woo commerce pages that is used by the plugin may be assigned to that page. Check through the WooCommerce settings > Pages and make sure none of those dropdowns are chosen for that page.
It doesn't look like there are any issues right now, but if so then if you can point them out that will help.
2) I'm not sure what you mean. The woo commerce menu only displays on woo commerce pages.
