    Hello,
On November 12th, 2013, I purchased Enfold after doing exhaustive research and determined for what I hope to do with a website, Enfold seemed like the absolute best solution for me. I still feel that way.
I purchased the theme to promote the book I’m writing, but it has taken much, much longer than anticipated to complete it. So, even though I purchased the theme more than two years ago, I have never installed it on any domain that I own. Therefore, I’ve never made any attempt to take advantage of what seems to be your wonderful support network.
I’m now getting closer to finishing my book and feel it’s probably better now for me to create my website to begin a pre launch and build interest.
However, when I download the latest Enfold version recently to keep up to date, I noticed that in my ThemeForest download account, it showed I only had three months of support remaining on Enfold theme.
Does this mean that what I finally start to install the theme and begin using it for the purpose intended, I have almost no support remaining, even though I have never utilized support before?
I’m excited to begin my journey to experience the benefits of Enfold.
    Thank you, Bill

    Hey Bill!

    Thank you for contacting us!

Limited support is a rule that Envato brought in approximately 3 months ago and it will be applied on support on Enfold’s ThemeForest page for sure. We are currently not sure how we are going to be applying the changes to our forum as we do not want to break their rules. Kriesi is in touch with Envato team and once we are sure about forum rules, we will make an announcement. For your information, we would like to keep it the way we always have been. You can check out our current support policy here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/#av_section_2

If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to contact us again. Good luck with your book! :)

    Cheers!
    Yigit
