I have noticed from the very beginning that when you have a few slides i have a total of 4 the very first time they load and slide across they actually overlap each other and the text is unreadable, after the 4 slides initially overlap each other the next round it works ok….
Its like as if they are loading into cache and then once loaded they work ok, it looks unprofessional and i dont know how to fix this.
Is this a know issue ?
Please help.August 16, 2011 at 7:07 am #50329
can you post a link please – I’d like to investigate the glitch and report it to Kriesi if necessary.August 17, 2011 at 1:51 am #50330August 17, 2011 at 5:55 am #50331
Please try following:
1) If possible update to the latest version of Upscale – it fixes various bugs in WP3.2.1. I’m not sure if it effects the slider like in yourcase but it’s worth a try.
2) Please try if a plugin causes the error (maybe the cformsII plugin or the shopp plugin). It helps me to debug the js conflict.August 17, 2011 at 6:57 am #50332
I think i am running the latest version of upscale ???
Im getting someone to look into it tomorrow, ive disabled the cforms and it still happens… although its difficult to disable shopp as settings may get reset and i dont want to do that i will report back tomorrow sometime, but if you find any other solution let me know.

The latest version I have is 1.1.1. Your style.css contains the version number: 1.0.1 – maybe you just forgot update the version number? Kriesi release the newest Upscale update on 5.8.2011. If you downloaded the theme before this date I’d update to be on the save side.August 17, 2011 at 8:46 am #50334August 18, 2011 at 12:45 am #50335
