   I want to place google ads just below Menu 2. How do i go about it?

   Hey,
   I never worked with google adsense so I can't give you exact instructions. You can use widgets (i.e. you can find many plugins here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=Adsense+ ) or you add your code to header.php. I'd add the code after following two lines:
   

   <!-- end headextras: -->
   			</div>
