Google Tag Assitant & Conversion Tracking Code

Good evening,
I have 2 questions:
1. Google Tag Assitant, while navigating on our pages, shows us this message “Same web property ID is tracked twice.” And the truth is that on some pages even more than twice. I know that it’s not good, because data in Google Analytics is processing twice. Could You tell me what kind of steps we should take to resolve this problem on the enfold theme?
2. We want to use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking code, but could You tell me how can we implement this code into the kriesi theme? (if You could explain me it step by step in the most easy way as it possible would be perfect! – I’m not web-developer;)
