    Hi

We went live with our new Enfold side on November 9th. Everything seems to work just fine. Today I was checking the status of our site on Google Webmaster tools, and I found two 403 errors (access denied) that Google reported on that same date, on the following links:

    http://mywebsitesite.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/static/skins/
    http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/

You probably know what it means… maybe it’s just “normal” but why then Google would report back?

    Thanks!

PS. As longs as I see, our Google ranking didn’t get worse…

    Hey Flavio!

those errors might come from plugins and by the way if you want to make sure to get no “errors” at all, then you would need to use a very basic theme only. The advanced themes are used to be considered with some kind of “error” for Google.

    Regards,
    Andy

(late) Thanks for your reply. I confirm I read your answer, ok for me. Didn’t know if it was something you should be aware of, rankings are same as usual ;-)

You can close this now. Cheers :-)
