the Habitat Advertising widget referral link i entered the url to http://www.alumacase.com, but it seems to go to http://www.kartoyz.com/alumacase which does not exist. How do I point to the referral url without it having to have kartoyz.com/ in the beginning of the url?

From the look of the page source, the exact URL you entered is alumacase.com - you need to change this to http://www.alumacase.com/ for the link to work.
