Hi! This is my second theme from you and I love them! Thank you. I am, however, having some learning curve issues here. The out-of-box portfolio categories do not work for me and I would like to create some new ones to use. So, (1) Can I do that? (2) How can I do that? Thanks so much! (I have searched other threads, but have not had luck on this exact issue...)

When you select the Portfolio Items heading on the left hand sidebar in your wordpress admin there is a menu item called Portfolio Categories. Select that and you can change, add new ones and everything else for the categories there.
