I see that there is the custom.css file available to make css changes, but why when I make a child theme the way I’ve done so many other times, do none of the style changes overrride the parent. I also want to be able to incorporate a functions.php file in my child theme. I saw someone made a sample child theme, but that didn’t work either.

Am I missing something and if it’s possible what could I be doing wrong, Thanks.

    Hi,

Just follow the link Dude provided then download the zip file from my post on that page, and read a post below by ‘unserwein’ about a line to change.

    Thanks,

    Nick

Thanks I had see that in the forums but for whatever reason it wasn’t overriding changes the other day, but now seems to work properly. Thanks again for the help.
