I have no idea as to where to find the page or link under wp-admin to be able to change it.

Hi Roy,
It should just be a matter of adding the vimeo link in the same way you've added the others on that page. This would be in your portfolio items>session 1b .
On the right hand side of the visual editor is a box call Post Thumbnail Options. Add the video url in the "Full size pic or Video for Lightbox".
