Header Background Image Disappears in Chrome & Safari

Hi - I absolutely LOVE your themes, very nicely done.

I'm having an issue with Replete. I uploaded a background image to use in the header, and it disapears when scrolling down and then back up in Chrome and Safari (Mac). This does not happen in Firefox and I have not yet tried on Windows machines.

Any suggestions?
