1.) Are you referring to the acccount here in the forum? You can only use the email once and you won’t be able to register it again. However, it’s not an issue as long as the support subscription is not expired.

2.) Add this in the Quick CSS field to adjust the vertical position of the logo:

.responsive .logo {
    top: 20px;
}

3.) Did you check the page’s Layout > Header visibility and transparency settings? And you don’t seem to be using the latest version of the theme, 3.5.4.
