Headers for non-existent pages showing up in menu bar

Hi

I am new to enfold. I imported the demo files to help me build my site. After I had constructed my pages using the demo templates, I deleted all the pages I no longer needed, but somehow these pages are still showing up in the menu bar. How can I delete these headers??!! They seem to be related to the portfolio template. Clicking on each item brings up a ‘page not found’ error, so the pages have definitely been deleted but these ghost items remain somewhere.
