Please forgive my writing again, but I do not understand why everyone else’s posts are getting answered and mine are not. Is there something that I must do that I have not done? I have now lost almost a full day, and it looks as if I will not be able to deliver the project if no one can help me. I don’t know what to do ….
Please, please, moderators – can someone explain to me what is going on? Why does no one respond to my posts? Do you need to pay? I thought support was part of the package. Do I need to call the company? I have been completely locked out of my site for almost 24 hours. And I need assistance.
