    Hi, I recently purchased the Ubermenu from CodeCanyon. When I add the Ubermenu code into my .php file, I immediately get a parse error. After much confusion I realized that it requires WordPress 3 Nav Support which is not included in my Cubit theme. Chris from SevenSpark sent me a work-around, but I don’t fully understand how to implement it.

    I’ve completed instruction #1, but I don’t fully understand how to get through #2.I have no idea how to remove the current menu. Can you help?

    Hey,

    in header.php remove following code and add your “Ubermenu” code instead:

    <ul id="nav">
    <li <?php if(is_front_page()){ echo "class='current_page_item' ";}?>><a href="<?php echo get_settings('home'); ?>">Home</a></li>

    <?php

    if(preg_match("/exclude/", $kriesi_options['com_page']) && $kriesi_options['slide_page'] != "")
    {
    $exclude = explode("exclude=", strtolower($kriesi_options['com_page']));
    $exclude[1] = "exclude=".$kriesi_options['slide_page'].",".$exclude[1];
    $main_menu_query = implode("",$exclude);
    }
    else if($kriesi_options['slide_page'] != "")
    {
    $main_menu_query = "exclude=".$kriesi_options['slide_page']."&".$kriesi_options['com_page']."&";
    }else{
    $main_menu_query = $kriesi_options['com_page'];
    }

    wp_list_pages('title_li=&sort_column=menu_order&'.$main_menu_query); ?>
    </ul>
