Help with ascertaining best way to achieve this simple layout example

Hey there,

I’ve played around with the builder but can’t seem to work out a way to place dynamic post content over scrolling background images. Please refer to private content to view the desired outcome.

I just need to set up a background of scrolling images – and to the right a widget area where I could place blog posts that would feed in dynamically.

Is there a way to overlay a widgetised area over either the full width slider, easy slider or layer slider wp?

Assistance/advice is appreciated.
