I have created the homepage and custom template, but it keeps showing up in the menu. I would usually delete from WP Menu manager but you don't use it, could you let me know how to hide it?

I just had the same issue last night. You can simply define a custom menu for wordpress to use. Go to Appearance -> Menus. There you create a new menu, add the pages you want to be displayed in the main menu and tell Brightbox to use your new menu in the "Theme Locations" box.

I tried to check but the site doesn't seem to be loading at the moment...
