    I was wondering if anyone found a way to remove the dash in portfolio titles. I don’t want to hide it or change it to the background color – I would like to remove it completely and have the title text move over.

    Any ideas?

    Hi castellanero,

    You can add the following to your Quick CSS or custom.css:

    .title-span {
    display:none;
    }
    #top .portfolio-title{
    padding: 20px 10px;
    }

    this does not remove the dash.

    I played around with things and looked through someone else’s website and found that this works (custom.css or quick css in styling tab)

    this only moves it to the center, still don’t know how to remove the dash. I’m thinking it’s not too straight forward

    #top .post-title {

    padding: 10px 0 10px 0!important;

    margin: 0!important;

    text-align: center;

    }

    this also works

    #top .portfolio-title{

    padding:12px 30px;

    text-align: center;

    }

    keep in mind padding here was what I changed. This reduced the size of the white box the text is in.

    to take away the dash

    .title-span {

    display:none;

    }

    and to center the title:

    #top .post-title {

    margin: 0!important;

    text-align: center;

    }

    Hey!

    Great that you found a solution. Status set to resolved.

    Best regards,

    Peter
