    ist es möglich, die Hintergrundfarbe der home bzw. einzelner Seiten zu verändern, wenn man das Layout über die gesamte Breite (also kein boxed layout) verwendet?

    Maybe it is only possible to use a colorsection to change the color of the whole site?

    Du kannst mit page-id arbeiten, um einzelne Seiten zu verändern, z.B. so hiermit:

    .page-id-2701 #main {
background-color: blue;
}
