I see the “Home” button twice in the navigation, I’m sure it’s some simple task to remove the other one (which chanes place in every page, btw). So how do I remove it?
Also, seems I need to refresh every page every time I want to see new posts, on all my browsers, and only on this website. I'm sure there's some simple solution for this also, so please, someone let me know it. :)

maybe you've forgotten to remove a duplicate Home entry from your menu in your Dasboard under Appearance > Menus.
As for your refreshing, this is normal behaviour - when you create a new post (or 5 for that matter) you have to refresh your actual site before they show up, since your browser hasn't loaded them yet.
