I hope this is a simple fix. As I was moving along and almost finished with my layout I noticed that on the ‘Contact’ page I some how lost the contact form, which was working earlier. The form was replaced by a single column displaying my Home page images/links. To test out if it had something to do with the Angular Theme Options Contact Form Page, I created a dummy test page to see if i could recreate the problem and had the Contact Form Page use the dummy page. The new page generated this single column display problem as well instead of showing the Contact Page form. Did I lose my contact form coding?
Not only that, but this single column display of my home page imagery was added to my ‘work’ page and all its categories underneath when it shouldn’t be there:
The third strange thing is I some how lost my righ side bar for both my ‘Contact’ page and my ‘Work’ page and all its categories. The side bar I created can be seen on the ‘News’ page:
This is a bit confusing and frustrating since I am very close to finishing for now. I hope it’s not hard to solve, thanks!
Hmm, i’m not quite sure what happened, but it’s back to normal now. I’m so confused, but happy again at least!
Glad its working for you now :)
It may have something to do with the options you set in the Portfolio’s tab of the theme options. Sometimes, if you have a set of options but the page where that portfolio should appear isn’t designated it can cause issues. Perhaps it was related or was doing something similar with either the home or contact page being orphaned until the options were re-saved.
