I would like to add a DIV in the home page, just above the pagination before footer, to write something like “previous posts”.
Could you tell me how should i do ?
And second thing to ask ;
Any chances to have a RESPONSIVE WEBDESIGN version for Shoutbox theme ?
Open up includes>loop-index.php and search for:
add something like the following just above that line:
echo '<p class="newlcass">previous posts<p>';
Unfortunately I’m pretty sure Kriesi will not be re-doing any of his past themes and adding huge changes like that as it would require almost a complete re-write of the theme files.
There have been a whole bunch of requests for a new News/Magazine type theme with all the newest bells and whistles so hopefully that will be coming up soon.
Thank you very much, it was very helpfull !
In the same way, i would like to add a new DIV (maybe for adding a JPG add. banner) just below the “fetured slider”, above the 2 columns posts.
Do you think it’s possible ? Could you tell me how to do it ?
While possible, its a beyond what we can provide directions for via support. What you will need to do is add in your own custom meta data for each of the posts and then add into the theme files a way to display that data in the includes>loop-page.php right after the slideshow.
To finish it off, create some new css to style the div so that it doesn’t interfere with the theme layout.
