    Hello, my client wants me to add some content to home page, but the editor is not responding. I have version 2.4.4 and upgraded to WordPress 4.0. PLEASE HELP.

    i’m still learning so any assistance you can give me would be deeply appreciated.

    NOTE: You have the best theme out there and especially the greatest customer service.

    Hey!

    You are currently using an old version of Enfold which is not compatible with WordPress version you are using. Please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
    You may need to re-configure header options. Please refer to this video – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/

    Hey!

    Try deactivating plugins that have also not been updated to work with WordPress 4.0. Specifically anything that is set to run in the page editor.

    Then go further by deactivating all plugins if selective deactivation doesn’t work.

    By itself the theme works with 4.0 but a handful of users have had issues with the WordPress update and plugins with the theme active as well. A smaller subset has reported issues but we’ve not actually found any bugs when digging deeper.
