When I set http://www.domain.com/home as my homepage.
Both http://www.domain.com and http://www.domain.com/home get indexed by Google. This is duplicate content.
Any workaround to this?

Hey!
You can try to exclude http://www.domain.com/home from your sitemap and make sure that the "Home" menu item points to http://www.domain.com/ and not http://www.domain.com/home

I also would recommend that you verify the ownership of both the www and non-www versions of your domain in Google webmaster tools and set the preferred domain or else google will index both www and non-www versions of your domain.. See:

And in Google Webmaster Tools you can remove url's from the index:
