    Hi there,

    Please check out

I am wanting to set the main image sliders to the full width. I understand that some of it is background colour etc.

When i inserted the images into the post I chose full size which is around 2500px wide but they still seem to be small? I have removed the right sidebar which was there under appearance>editor>sidebar.php and i now need to remove the categories/date that seems to be in the way also. Is there an easy way to do this?

also once i have removed this, how do i get the image to be full size. When i click ‘view post’ on the editing page, it shows how i want it to with a black background, but not on the front end? I have selected ‘full width’ on the options, please help!

I have 7 hours to complete this site – a challenge, i know!

have a look at this thread: (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -area-no-width-restrictions#post-16296

Hi I read this thread and still no joy, please take a look at:

The front page image slider is tiny…. i want it big and bold like on the example? How do i remove the date in the circles/category??

    please can somebody help?

I can imagine two cause for your problems:

    1) You didn’t set a mainpage in the Broadscope Options panel (General options).

    2) and/or you changed the mainpage under Settings/Reading.

You need to create a page, then select it as mainpage in the Broadscope options panel.
