    Hello Support,

    We have a video playing on the homepage below the navigation using the “Fullwidth Easy Slider” Element.
    Video is playing properly on the computer browsers but it’s not on mobile and tablet.

    Please let us know what the issue is and solution so we can have it playing on Mobile / Tables.

    Below is the screen captures from iPhone / iPad / Browser from iMac.

    Hi Marcelo!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Videos on sliders are disabled by default due to script incompatibilities, that’s why you need to add a fallback image. Edit the slider then add a fallback image for mobile devices.
