    I had a horizontal gallery on a page, just seen today that it has disappeared.

    I recently cancelled WP Layerslider and got a refund because the slider doest work with another slider on the page.

    Is this the reason? Is the horizontal gallery part of the WP Layerslider features?

    Can you give us the link of the page mentioned? also please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info. I checked the Media Elements panel and the gallery element is missing. Could you please post the FTP details in the private field? We would like to check the config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > gallery_horizontal.php file.

    I also noticed the element was missing, it seems to have disappeared since I uninstalled WP Layerslider. I wasn’t sure if this could be related?

    Please find FTP details below. I would be incredibly grateful if you could take a look at this as soon as possible.

    I have the same problem since i had update to enfold 4.0.5 -> horizontal gallery is missing. my english is not good enough to handle technical problems… sorry.
    Der Eintrag “Horizontale Galerie” fehlt in der Media-Element Leiste. Auf der Seite selbst und im Avia Layout Architect erscheint innerhalb des entsprechenden Layout- Elements an der Stelle nur der Code des zuvor dort eingebundenen horizontalen Galerie.
    zB.:

    Please edit the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes > gallery_horizontal.php file, remove everything within then replace it with the following code.

    The element is actually not released yet but it will be available on version 4.1.
