    Hey there,

    Somehow the hover effect for the links is not working. Is there a setting I need to adjust?

    Hey,

    please create a custom menu (like Chris recommended here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/dummy-text-not-showing-welcome-child-pages ) and the hover effect will work.

    Hi,

    in your custom.css you can add

    .main_menu .menu a:hover {
    color: #ff0099;
    }

    This should allow you to have a different color when you hover the menu links.

    Of course you can change the color.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your reply. That doesn’t work, I’m afraid,though. Is it possible it has something to do with this code being in the styles.css file?

    #top .main_menu .menu li:hover ul ul, #top .main_menu .menu li:hover ul ul ul,#top .main_menu .menu li:hover ul ul ul ul{

    display:none;

    }

    #top .main_menu .menu li:hover ul, #top .main_menu .menu li li:hover ul, #top .main_menu .menu li li li:hover ul, #top .main_menu .menu li li li li:hover ul{

    display:block;

    }

    Thanks,

    Janet

    The code I provided works – but now you’re using Cufon (special) fonts instead of standard fonts – as far as I’m aware these don’t allow to be easily changed using CSS.
