There're some css,js and php/html modifications needed to achieve what you want. We can't provide you the code for this because we haven't enough time to do that.
If you are not familiar enough with html and css to get this done I would recommend to hire someone here:

Isn't there a simple plugin for this? I to would like to use this feature. I found another website using this theme that has this feature. Sample: http://charmingwp.com/kalixo-magazine-wordpress-theme/
