I'd like to put the contact form to my translated page:

How could i do it ?

Hey,
you need to use wpml's string & theme translating options to translate the contact form. It's easier than creating a second form page. Just translate the theme (including the contact form) via poedit and the po file from this thread: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/japanese-language-for-blog-posts-title-and-menu - then save the result and upload the .mo file to your theme directory.

I used contact form 7 plugin, very good, i just need to adapt the habitat design to it, how could i do it ?

Hey,
you can style contact form by adding the class "button" to the send button. You need to do some input field changes as well (all can be done via Contact Form 7 settings.
