Also, I would like to add a Share via LinkedIN / Facebook / Twitter etc link to the Post, so readers can quickly share content.

1) You need to use a newsletter plugin - I recommend two different plugins in this thread: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/useful-plugins
2) You can use a social bookmark plugin (see plugin thread above). Another popular plugin would be: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/share-this/
