    I’m recreating a website based on a sister site which uses Corona and need to duplicate some of the features.

    First… I’d like to adjust the width of the navigation to prevent links from breaking onto two lines. Here is what I’m trying to avoid…
    http://www.heartforzion.org
    You’ll see the “Missions of Love” link breaks onto a second line. How can I adjust the space allotted for each link?

    And I’ve seen on the sister site how a subhead can be added below the link. How can I add this? Please see the example in the navigation…

    Thank you for the help.

    Hey Chris!

    Looks like you managed to adjust the width of the menu items. You can add a description on Appearance > Menus. Edit the menu then look for the description field.

    Hi Chris!

    1) Insert this code into the quick css field:

    #top .main_menu .menu li#menu-item-26{
    width: 200px;
    }

    Change the width value if necessary. The id (in this case 26) of the menu item determines which menu item will be affected by the code. menu-item-26 is the id of the “Missions of Love” link.

    2) You can use the “Description” field: http://www.clipular.com/c/4683437701070848.png?k=qgIRE2WsCaeauxSQ1N4dED-yvsE to set a description for the main menu items. If you can’t find this field click on the “Screen Options” tab in the top right corner and tick the checkbox next to the “Description” label.

    Best regards,
    Peter

    Thanks very much for the info, gentlemen.

    Also, when I change the spacing of the navigation it works but the text continues to wrap onto the second line despite the additional space. Where can I fix this?

    Much appreciated.
    Chris

    Hi!

    It looks ok now. The “Mission of Love” menu doesn’t wrap to the second line. Please remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hello,
    It seems to be a platform issue. When I check the website in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari on a Mac, all three browsers show “Missions of Love” where Love breaks to the second line. On Windows 7, in Chrome, Firefox, and IE, it displays properly. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Hi!

    I’ll ask Josue to check this on MAC. Please wait for his response.

    Hey!

    Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:

    #top .main_menu .menu li#menu-item-26 strong {
        width: 160px;
    }

    Cheers!
