I was wondering how I could change the text color from orange to something else like red. also, if you look at the links they are underlined in orange and I'd also like those to be another color like red.

There are a couple of CSS edits you need to make, add this to the end of /css/style1.css:
#infotext h2 strong, .wrapper a:hover { color: #FF0000; }
.wrapper a, #main #sidebar .textwidget a { border-bottom:1px solid #FF0000; }James
