    How do I create a header with two lines centered on each side? I figured this would be “special heading” but I cannot seem to accomplish this. Can you help? Thanks!

    I am not sure I completely understand what you mean by “two lines centered” on each side, please explain a bit more . Could you please provide a screenshot of what you mean as an example.
