How do I create a support ticket

In this thread I was directed to create a support ticket, but no idea where that is. Please advise.

Hi!

Basilis actually asked other user to create his own topic to avoid confusion and apparently your thread was closed accidentally. I opened it and will look into it. I am marking this one as resolved :)
